Email is the only support channel right now — it gives both of us a written record and keeps the response thread organized. We don't have a phone line, a live-chat widget, or a Twitter DM queue. If you don't see a reply within 48 hours, please check your spam folder before resending.

How do I contact the Wivvy team?
Send an email to wivvy@stylewithwivvy.app from any address. Include a short description of the issue, your device (iOS or Android), and a screenshot if you have one. We respond within 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Friday.
I can't sign in or I forgot my password — what do I do?
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password. We'll email a 6-digit code to your registered address; enter the code and you'll be prompted to choose a new password. If the email never arrives, check your spam folder. Still stuck? Email us at wivvy@stylewithwivvy.app from the address on your Wivvy account and we'll help you recover it manually.
How do I cancel my subscription or get a refund?
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), so cancellations happen there:
- iOS — open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Wivvy → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
- Android — open the Google Play Store → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Wivvy → Cancel.
Refunds also go through Apple or Google, not Wivvy — we don't have access to your billing details. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google: Google Play refund help. If your case is unusual, email us and we'll write a supporting note for you.
How do I delete my account or my data?
The fastest path is in-app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. We send a 6-digit code to your email, you confirm, and your account enters a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion (sign back in during that window to cancel). If you've lost access to the app or your email, see the full process on the Delete Account page or email us and we'll handle it manually.
The AI gave me a suggestion that doesn't fit — can I improve it?
Yes — Wivvy gets sharper the more you use it. Three quick fixes:
- Re-tag the item. Open the item in your wardrobe and edit the category, color, fabric, or season tags. Mis-tagged items skew suggestions.
- Update your style profile. Settings → Style Profile lets you re-do the skin-tone scan and pick a body type. The recommender weights both heavily.
- Tell Wivvy what you didn't like. In the chat reply box, just type "make it warmer" / "more formal" / "no jeans" — the response refines on the same outfit context.
If the suggestions are still off after the above, screenshot two or three examples and email them to us — we use real feedback to tune the next model.
4. Reporting a bug or crash
When the app crashes, please email us with:
- Your device model and OS version (e.g. "iPhone 14, iOS 17.5" or "Pixel 8, Android 14").
- The Wivvy app version (Settings → About).
- The exact steps that triggered the crash, plus a screenshot or screen recording if possible.
We log anonymous crash diagnostics automatically, but a real reproduction lets us fix the cause an order of magnitude faster.
5. Response times
This is a two-person team. Realistic expectations:
- General questions — within 48 hours, Monday through Friday.
- Account access / deletion requests — within 24 hours.
- Billing & refund support letters — within 48 hours.
- Critical bugs blocking app use — same day, every day, including weekends.
If 48 hours have passed without a reply, please check your spam folder and resend. We have not ghosted you on purpose.
